Silvia Richards, CPHR
Silvia is the Founder and Principal Consultant of S-Curve Consulting. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with 10 years of progressive HR experience in both public and private sectors (unionized and non-unionized environments), supporting employees and management at all levels and spanning across multiple industries.
Silvia and her team have been working in the digital marketing space for 5 years. Her passion for people and helping
small to medium sized businesses succeed has brought her to the exciting opportunity of fusing

digital marketing services within her own consulting firm.
